Grilled Chicken Tenders

Grilled Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken tenderloins
* 1/2 cup creamy ceasar dressing
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* dash garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil
* 1 teaspoon dried minced onion, or a few teaspoons minced fresh onion
* dash pepper

GRILLED CHICKEN INSTRUCTIONS
First of all wash chicken and pat dry. And then combine chicken with remaining ingredients in a bowl or sealable food storage bag. Next is to seal or cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill or broil for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.The chicken grill recipe is ready to serve tenderly...great taste ! Enjoy with friends !

Grilled Chicken with Melon in Pasta Shells
A nice chicken grill recipe to try...great one !

INGREDIENTS
* 1 medium ripe mango, peeled seeded, chopped
* 2 cleaned deboned chicken breasts
* 6 jumbo pasta Shells
* 1/2 cantaloupe seeded diced
* 1/4 cup of sour cream
* 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
* 2 tablespoon lime juice
* 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
First of all season chicken breasts with salt pepper and seasonings which you like. And then grill chicken. Next is to cool cut in to small pieces. Set aside. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Combine diced mango and melon, chicken and rest of ingredients...and the chicken grill recipe is ready to serve...a unique taste ! Great one !

GRILLED CHICKEN PERI-PERI
A great chicken grill recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole fryer chicken (approx 3 lbs)
  • 1 bottle Nando’s Garlic Peri-Peri Pepper sauce
  • butterfly chicken

INSTRUCTIONS
To butterfly the chicken, split breast, bone and pound lightly to flatten chicken. Place butterflied chicken in a large zip lock bag and add 1 bottle Nando’s Garlic PerI-Peri Pepper Sauce.
Marinate in bag for 3 hours (or up to 3 days) refrigerated.
Prepare BBQ (medium heat). Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally and basting with additional pepper sauce, approximately 45-60 minutes. The chicken grill recipe is ready..enjoy it !

GARLIC-GRILLED SPINACH PIZZA WITH CHICKEN

GARLIC-GRILLED SPINACH PIZZA WITH CHICKEN
An amazing chicken grill recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Pillsbury All Ready pizza crust
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast strips
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra spicy Mrs. Dash seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F degrees.
Baste chicken with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and grill on high heat (or, if you are cooking indoors, use a broiler or grill pan.
Turn once to cook evenly on both sides. Coat chicken in spinach and bake until spinach is almost crisp. Set aside; cover and keep warm over very low heat.
Roll out pizza crust on a pizza pan sprayed with olive oil spray.
Spread sauce, sprinkle on cheeses and seasonings.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Top with grilled chicken and spinach. The chicken grill recipe garlic spinach is ready to serve...nice one !
